Student Demo Reel: Roohi Topgi

Check out this amazing demo reel by one of our recent graduates, Roohi Topgi. Her piece is based on the photograph ‘Etabli!’ by Arthur Janin, and it depicts the life of a person who has spent many hours in their messy but organized work space. The biggest challenge she encountered was the time lapse lighting. She had to figure out how to blend the numerous times, parts and look & feel of the day while taking into account the various materials.

Roohi  is originally from Bangalore, India. Even though she already completed a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, she always dreamed to work in film. What really drew her to Think Tank was having the opportunity to learn about every field before specializing in one. This ultimately helped her find her true area of passion (lighting). Since graduating, she has recently been hired as a Generalist at Scanline VFX. Congrats on making your dream come true, Roohi!
