It’s the end of the world as we know it…

Forrest Mead has always been fascinated by the post-apocalyptic. All his favourite video games are about this genre, so it’s really no surprise that his reel showcases this theme. The scene he chose is based on the battle torn modern train station concept by artist, Ken Fairclough. While the actual train was the most challenging thing to make (being that it was the largest piece), the most interesting part was designing the inside of it, including all of the assets scattered around and the lighting.

Forrest always knew he wanted to make environments for video games from an early age. It just so happened that one of his former high school teachers knew Scott Thompson. He was soon introduced to Think Tank, then sent in his application and was accepted into the full-time program.
